Standard Delivery

(Once your order has been placed we aim to dispatch within 7 working days)

Standard UK delivery is calculated by weight and area.

Prices are calculated at checkout and start at £3.99

Your order will be delivered via Royal Mail or YODEL within 3-5 working days after dispatch.

 

BULKY ITEMS

A £25 shipping fee will be added at the checkout when purchasing heavy/bulky/long furniture items.

RETURNS

If you would like to return the products you have purchased from www.homeaddition.co.uk, you should notify us via our contact form or by emailing us directly at contact@homeaddition.co.uk within fourteen (14) calendar days, from the date you received your order.

•The products should not have been used, washed or damaged;
•The identification tag should still be attached to the products;
•The products should be returned in their original packaging;
•Products should be returned to us within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date you notify us of your return.

 

You should pack the relevant products securely and post them, at your own risk and cost with a note inside providing us with your return number (as provided to you via email).

You should return the products to us in the same condition in which you received them, you have a obligation to take reasonable care of the products whilst they are in your possession.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a signed & tracked courier service when returning your items as we are not responsible for any returns that go missing.

Once we have received your return we will refund the price of the product in full (excluding supplementary costs for expedited delivery options, gift wrapping and other additional expenses).

 

Please note we can not accept returns for the following products:

•Sealed products unsealed by you following delivery, where return of such products is unsuitable due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
•Products which are made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
•Products which have become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

 

Damaged, defective or incorrect items:

If you are returning a product because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us either via a pre-paid return label using our approved courier (as indicated on the Return Form), or by refunding your return postage costs.

You must notify us of an error in respect of the products delivered or of a damaged or defective product within seven (7) days of receipt, via our contact form or by emailing us directly at contact@homeaddition.co.uk.

We will examine all products returned as damaged or defective and will notify you of your refund via email within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process any refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within fourteen (14) days of the day we confirm to you via email that you are entitled to a refund for the damaged or defective product.
